“Let, I pray thee, thy merciful kindness be for my comfort, according to thy word unto thy servant.
Let thy tender mercies come unto me, that I may live; for thy law is my delight.”*
Father, we pray that Your merciful kindness and tender mercies will be comfort for those who have suffered innocently at the hand of the evil one.
Be close to these people that they may lean on You and draw strength from You, so that they can have and maintain peace and order in their lives.
Carry them through this time of grief and question.
Strengthen their trust and faith.
May the example of their faithfulness to You draw to You… bring back to You… those of us who have rejected You or those of us who have wandered from Your Word.
May this awakening and reminding, serve to bring to bear the restraining power, of Your Way against the awful things people do to one another because Your Word is nonexistent or forsaken in their lives.
We pray again the people in Sutherland Springs, Texas be awash in Your merciful kindness and tender mercies.
In Yeshua’s name we pray,
*Psalms 119:76-77 AKJV.
